An Intensive Week-Long Workshop in Applied Reasoning for Mathematicians.

The Cambridge Summer Programme in Applied Reasoning (CaSPAR) is an immersive one week programme for mathematically talented students with a desire to understand themselves and the world.

We are looking for participants who are taking an undergraduate course in Mathematics or adjacent topics at Cambridge University.


CaSPAR will give you the opportunity to interact with excellent instructors from emerging fields. The curriculum is diverse, ranging from game theory, causal inference and artificial intelligence alignment to cognitive science, styles of communication, and epistemology. You will walk away from the program having learned useful techniques applicable in all walks of life and made valuable connections.


Tuition, room, and board are free for all admitted students.
